Arabia Terra, a region of Mars named so by their visual similarity to the Saudi Arabian desert valley, satellite photographed by NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. In the picture you can clearly see the different layers, and the constant erosion and sedimentation of Martian relief.
