Bottle Cap Wristbands Meanings

Cracks of water on this moon of Saturn?

underground oceans breathe through the cracks tiger of Saturn's moon Enceladus?

is known that large accidents dubbed tiger stripes throw ice into space from the frozen interior of the moon, creating a cloud of fine ice particles over the south pole of Enceladus, creating a mysterious Saturn ring called E. Ring

Recent evidence of this has come from the Cassini spacecraft, now orbiting Saturn.

Enceladus Pictured above we see a high resolution image when the probe as overhead.

The peculiar surface features mimicking double tiger stripes are visible in blue false.

Why Enceladus is active remains a mystery, as the neighboring moon Mimas, approximately the same size, seems quite inert.

An analysis of more recent dust captured by the Cassini spacecraft found evidence soda as you would expect from a salty ocean.

In contrast, some recent observations from Earth of ice ejected by Enceladus in Saturn's E ring show no evidence of the expected sodium.

This research is particularly interesting because the ocean could be a nominee to contain life.
